All spaces are suitable for photography, with the flexibility to be repurposed as you see fit. Your booking includes the studio interiors, exterior frontage and south wall, plus surrounding garden areas. Our curated selection of furniture and props completes the lived-in aesthetic.

Studio

A flexible, open living area with a textured farmhouse floor, vaulted timber ceiling and rustic wooden french doors.

  • 5 x bi-fold french doors open to 2.5m wide

  • Vaulted ceiling is approx. 4.5m in centre

  • 2 skylights above the studio space
    (1 with blind)

  • Additional double sided lime-washed background wall on castors

Kitchen

Authentic working kitchen with a real home feel. Featuring rustic reclaimed timbers, farmhouse sink, raw brass tapware, vintage table, factory pendant, and lime rendered walls.

Green Room

Military green and white limewash textured wall, vintage hopscotch windows, pleated pendant. The queen sofa bed set-up includes luxury natural linens. Or choose the sofa set-up for more space and use it as a dressing room.

Bathroom

Open and spacious bathroom featuring textured micro-cement render and limewash. Half height nib walls offer privacy in body and hair care shoots, and there’s no glass to reflect light, cameras or crew.

Courtyard

Sun-dappled European courtyard directly in front of the studio. A lush, green backdrop with textures of stone and aged timber. Features include a rustic iron gate, pots of citrus and an arched mirror.

Behind the Scenes

We can arrange professional behind the scenes footage and stills of your shoot, and create reels for social media. 

Packages start at $330 for 2 hours shooting including 2 edited reels.
